Fit & Design Details: Born from founder Meghan’s search for stylish, comfortable knitwear for her daughter, the Méribel is a sporty yet girly two-piece set that epitomizes "polished playwear" --  enabling children to play as they should while looking put together. Designed with a slightly oversized box stitch cardigan silhouette featuring playful roll pockets on both sides and a true jogger style pant, the Méribel transitions seamlessly from playtime to dinner, pairing beautifully with sneakers or ballet flats. It is adorned with five buttons down the center, and both the cardigan and pant can be easily styled separately with other garments. It’s lightweight enough for breezy summer evenings yet cozy for winter layering (add a tee or bodysuit under for winter!). Each piece is handmade by artisans, so no two products will be exactly alike, adding to their unique charm.

Story Behind Our Elevated Italian Knitwear: The Bea Colette knit collection were created by founder Meghan to fill a gap in the children’s market for elevated, supremely soft knitwear with modern, versatile silhouettes. Designed for toddlers and older children, these durable pieces transition effortlessly from lounging at home to dining out. Lightweight and suitable for year-round wear, they are made to withstand washes and be passed down through generations. In 2024, Meghan partnered with an Italian manufacturer to produce luxurious, functional knits that balance fashion and practicality. Each piece is inspired by destinations that have shaped Meghan’s personal style, offering timeless designs that make dressing children easier for fashion-forward families.

Care instructions:

Our recommendation is to wash on delicate and lay flat to dry; do not put garments in the dryer. In our experience, the garments get softer with each wash; we have not observed any shrinkage.
